To care for your jewelry, we suggest gentle cleaning with lukewarm water, using a pH-neutral soap and a very soft toothbrush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, then carefully dry your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.

To preserve the lasting brilliance of the stones and the beauty of the materials, avoid direct contact with cosmetic and household products. It is also advisable to remove your jewelry during activities that may cause impact or shock.

CLEANING & RESTORATION OF BRILLIANCE

To extend the life of your jewelry, Victoria Beaune offers a professional cleaning and polishing service. This treatment helps reduce micro-scratches and restore the luminosity of your creation.

This service is complimentary during the first year.

Beyond this period, a personalised quotation will be provided following an expert assessment of your jewelry, in order to offer the most suitable solution.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

Our jewellery is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original invoice. Victoria Beaune guarantees cover manufacturing defects only.

Any damage resulting from improper use cannot be covered by the brand. In such cases, an expert assessment will be carried out and a quotation will be issued, payable by the client.

Repairs for jewelry no longer under warranty are at the client’s expense.

For any warranty-related service, your item will be examined. If a manufacturing defect is identified, it will be replaced with an identical or equivalent model of equal value, based on the original purchase price.

The warranty does not cover aging, normal wear and tear, or alterations caused by the use of perfume, nor damage, breakage or loss resulting from accidental circumstances, third-party intervention, improper use or lack of maintenance.

Please note that repair times are a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks.
