DELIVERY

The production times are indicated on each product page.

If the item you wish to order is in stock, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the delivery of your Victoria Beaune creation. If the piece requires adjustment or is made to order, the delivery time may range from 3 to 6 weeks. As each creation is unique and handcrafted, this timeframe may vary slightly.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number provided by our logistics partner. All orders placed on our website are delivered through trusted carriers, including FedEx and DHL.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Upon delivery, please check that the products are in accordance with your order before signing the carrier’s delivery note. In case of any issue, please notify us by email at contact@victoriabeaune.com

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange or return your Victoria Beaune jewellery, please email contact@victoriabeaune.com with your order number.

You have 14 business days from the receipt of your purchase to notify us of your wish to return or exchange your Victoria Beaune creation.

All semi-custom (Custom 00) or fully bespoke items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Returns are made at your expense, provided the products are returned in their original condition, unworn, in their complete packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return package has been received, a confirmation email will be sent after the eligibility of the return or exchange has been verified.

Victoria Beaune reserves the right to refuse any return in case of damage or other signs of use.

REFUND TIMEFRAME

If your refund request is approved, we will refund the relevant amount, excluding return shipping costs which remain your responsibility, within 15 days of receiving your return package.
